Commercial Property Auction Catalogue launched for February 2016 auction

The sale will offer 72 lots on Thursday, February 11th, and follows an exceptional 2015 when buyers and sellers drove activity at Acuitus auctions to a record level. The February sale encompasses a wide range of retail, office, industrial and leisure assets producing current total rental income approaching £5m.

There are an extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £20,000 to £2.95m. Lots have been entered by vendors including Highlands & Islands Enterprise, Buccleuch Property and McDonald’s Restaurants Limited together with major banks, administrators and LPA Receivers at CBRE, Colliers International, Deloitte, KPMG and Savills. Lots in the auction include:
