Acuitus has launched its latest catalogue for its final live-streamed commercial property auction of 2020 which will take place on December 10th.
Lots for the December auction include a substantial freehold shopping centre in Otley comprising 16 shops, three kiosks, an office and a bus station. The investment currently produces annual rental income of £286,085. It has been offered with a guide price of £1.4m.

It is offered with a guide price of £4m+.
