Acuitus has launched a 30-lot catalogue for its live streamed commercial property auction on July 9th, and announced that it plans to hold an additional autumn auction to give sellers and buyers enhanced access to the market place.
Acuitus Chairman, Richard Auterac, comments: “Even though the overall social and economic situation remains fluid, we have already seen sustained investor demand at our May auction and we want to ensure that our selling and buying clients have the best opportunities to access the marketplace when they need.
“For this reason, we shall hold an additional live-streamed auction on September 23rd and additionally have available single-lot online auctions for clients who want a bespoke and flexible sales route which is immediate and has comprehensive market reach.
“Subject to Government guidance and the wishes of our clients, we are also looking to return to room auctions as soon as is possible and prudent.”
The lots for the July auction include a major freehold city centre development opportunity in Salisbury which has planning permission for 66 flats. The property comprises a 40,236 sq ft vacant office with 40 car parking spaces on a 1.15 acres site and is being sold with vacant possession and a guide price of £3m-£3.1m.
