Acuitus will be offering its largest-ever catalogue of lots at its October auction.
The auction will take place on October 22nd and the catalogue for the sale can be viewed online here Following the tremendous success of the July auction which saw more than £50m of assets sold at a success rate of 94%, the October auction offers 91 lots which represent a wide range of retail, office, industrial and leisure assets producing current total rental income in excess of £7m. The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £60,000 to £4.85m
Lots have been entered by vendors including Legal & General, M&G Real Estate, The Co-operative Estates, Central Midlands Estates, Oriel College Oxford, Trinity College Cambridge, Highlands & Islands Enterprise and Helix Property Advisors together with major banks, administrators and LPA Receivers at JLL, Knight Frank, Begbies Traynor and SFP Property.
