The catalogue for the Acuitus April auction is now available online The sale on April 7 will comprise 22 lots comprising a wide selection of asset types including banking, retail and industrial properties, producing a rental income of over £1.6 million. Notable lots include three very attractive freeholds close to London’s Marylebone High Street; a retail warehouse investment of a calibre which is rarely available to investors outside of the institutional market; and two prime shops, one in Leeds city centre offered by a major investment fund and one in High Street, Newmarket.
