Catalogue launched for first 2012 auction

The first Acuitus auction of 2012 will take place on February 23rd and the catalogue for the sale is online here The auction comprises 30 lots representing retail, office, industrial, leisure and mixed use investments currently producing income of around £2mpa. Lots are offered on behalf of major clients including The Governors of the Schools of King Edward VI in Birmingham, Robert Dyas, Highlands & Islands, The Highways Agency on behalf of The Secretary of State for Transport, Harvey & Thompson and Gentian together with Joint Administrators, Begbies Traynor, and LPA Receivers at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Colliers International. The properties in the auction represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £90,000 to £2.4m.
