Acuitus has launched the catalogue for the fourth auction of the year which will offer 97 lots on Thursday, July 7th.
The auction encompasses a wide range of retail, office, industrial, ground rent and leisure assets producing current total rental income in excess of £6.7m. Lots have been entered by vendors including Royal London Asset Management, Hansteen, a Cambridge College together with Administrators and LPA Receivers at Deloitte, CBRE, Colliers International, Savills, Knight Frank and Moorfields.
Acuitus auctioneer, Richard Auterac, comments: “The high sales rates achieved at our auctions this year demonstrates the new depth of investor demand and at our July sale there are an extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £15,000 to £4m”.

- Manchester, Trafford Park: two freehold industrial units of 2,168 sq.m (23,338 sq ft) approx. producing current income of £125,859pax. Guide price: £1.4m
- Leeds, Park Row: freehold bank investment in city centre let to Royal Bank of Scotland Plc on a renewed 10 year lease until 2026 at a rent of £165,000pax Guide price: £2.35m
- London, Sudbury Hill: freehold bank investment let to Barclays Bank Plc until 2037 with no breaks plus 5 flats let on AST’s at a current rent of £124,500pax Guide price: £2.2m
- Rochdale, Aldi: freehold supermarket investment with large car park let to Aldi until 2030 (subject to option) at a current rent of £226,281pax Guide price: £3.5m-3.75m
- Clydesdale Bank Investments: 15 freehold investments let to Clydesdale Bank Plc on renewed 10 year leases (subject to option) at rebased rents across the UK. Guide prices: £350,000 to £900,000
