Acuitus has launched the catalogue for its next auction on July 10.
The sale will offer 50 lots representing retail, office, industrial and leisure investments with a total rental income of around £3.1m and can be viewed here.
Lots are being offered on behalf of clients including The Co-Operative Estates, Southampton City Council, Chancerygate Asset Management and a major institutional fund, together with administrators at Deloittes LLP, Ernst & Young LLP and receivers at Grant Thornton, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank and Wedlake Bell.
The properties in the auction represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices up to £2.7m.
Properties in the auction include:
- London EC1 – Kinetic House, 44 Hatton Garden. A freehold retail/residential investment currently producing £60,650pax. Guide Price: £850,000.
- Three LA Fitness Centres in Slough, Guildford and Leeds with combined rental income of more than £500,000 pax: Guide prices range from £550,000-£1.8m
- York – A freehold bank investment let to Bank of Scotland plc until 2025 currently producing £183,000pax. Guide Price: £2.7m
- Nine freehold retail investments let to Thomas Cook Travel currently producing total rental income of c£170,000pax. Guide prices range from £55,000-£450,000.
