Our March auction achieved a sale rate of 98% as more than £40m of assets were sold. The May auction offers 69 lots encompassing a wide range of retail, office, industrial and leisure assets producing current total rental income in excess of £5.5m. The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £50,000 to £3m.
Lots featured in the auction have been entered by vendors including Legal & General, JLL, CBRE Global Investors and Morrisons together with major banks, administrators and LPA Receivers including, Moorfields Corporate Recovery, CBRE, Savills and DTZ.
Included in the sale are 16 banks let to National Westminster Bank plc or The Royal Bank of Scotland plc until at least 2026. Guide prices for the lots range from £105,000 – £1.4m. The auction will also feature four freehold public house investments let to the Stonegate Pub Company Ltd for 25 years. Guide prices range from £570,000-£3m. Other lots in the auction include:
