Featuring a wide range retail, office, leisure, industrial and ground rent investments, the auction includes 27 lots with guide prices in excess of £1m. properties have been entered into the sale by vendors including Barts Charity, Cambridge Colleges, Telereal Trillium, The Co-operative Estates, LaSalle Investment Management, together with LPA Receivers and Administrators at Deloitte, Moorfields and Colliers International.
