The catalogue for the second Acuitus auction of 2013 on March 21 can be viewed online here. Please note that this auction will take place at The Dorchester Hotel, 53 Park Lane W1. The sale will offer 31 lots representing retail, office, industrial, ground rent and leisure investments with a total rental income of around £2.5m. The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £100,000 to £2.85m. Lots featured in the auction have been entered by a wide range of vendors including British Land; LPA receivers at Jones Lang La Salle and GVA; major banks and building societies; a pension fund; and a number of property companies.
