Following further advice from the Government on March 23rd regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, it is with regret that we have to announce that our auction this Thursday (March 26th) will not now take place.
We had been working closely with our selling and buying clients to permit the live auction to take place fully remotely using all three bidding channels of online, telephone and proxy.
Notwithstanding the successful implementation of these measures, together with our clients we have taken the only responsible decision available to us and that is for the auction not to take place.
The transaction of commercial property investments is a specialised market place in which we have considerable experience and we will be implementing a range of sales strategies and solutions for our clients going forward. We will also continue to provide updates, sale opportunities and finance for our clients so that they can continue to invest.
