March catalogue launched

The catalogue for the Acuitus auction on March 29 can be viewed online here. The sale comprises 36 lots representing retail, office, industrial, leisure and mixed-use investments currently producing income of around £2.6mpa. Lots are offered on behalf of major clients including The Co-operative Estates, Sue Ryder, Joint LPA Receivers at Edward Symmons, GVA, Capita Symonds, Colliers International, BNP Paribas Real Estate, BTW Shiells together with three major institutional funds The properties in the March auction represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £85,000 to £2.55m. Our February auction brought further insights into the nature of investor demand and saw the total of asset sales completed since Acuitus was launched move above £200m.
