The Acuitus auction on May 24th will feature 90 lots representing around £7m of rental income.
Guide prices range from £50,000 to £5.75m with lots being entered for sale by a range of sellers including Wesleyan Assurance, Mapeley, The Co-operative Bank, Gala Leisure and Fixed Charge Receivers at CBRE, Savills and Alder King.
Among the investments being offered are a 15,220 sq ft Alid supermarket in Sheffield which is let on a lease expiring in 2033 at a current rent of £181,698pa with five-yearly RPI-indexed rent reviews (capped at 3% and collared at 1%). The guide price for the lot is £3m-£3.1m.
The sale also features major industrial investments at Watford and Bow which are being offered with guide prices of £5.75m and £1.95m respectively.
