We currently have an opening for a Graduate Surveyor to join our busy commercial property auction and investment team. Successful applicants are likely to be educated to degree level/newly graduated, preferably in a property related subject. The role will suit a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will want to be an integral part of a small but fast-moving team. You will primarily be working alongside a director in advising on the pricing of assets, the inspection and preparation of properties for sale and liaising with clients and buyers during the marketing period
The position will predominantly deal with commercial investment sales, although a wider experience can also be gained for applicants to successfully pass their APC.
