At the latest Acuitus UK Commercial Property Auction Review webinar, a panel of experts looked at the role that auctions have played in the investment market during the past year; the finance that is available for investors; and also what has been selling in the room and why.
The panel comprised Malcolm White of BW Investor Services, Stuart Buchanan of Acuitus Finance and Acuitus Chairman, Richard Auterac who commented: “We were delighted to have more than 100 clients and contacts attend the webinar and there was clear consensus that the commercial property auction sector is gaining momentum and that activity will be further fuelled by the new Recovery Loans which are being introduced by the Government”.
