The lease provides fixed rental increases to £155,000 per annum on 30/11/2017, £179,687 per annum on 27/11/2019, £208,307 per annum on 27/11/2024 and £241,486 per annum on 27/11/2029. The seller has agreed to adjust the completion monies so that the unit will effectively produce £155,000 p.a.x. from completion of the sale.
